Very impressed with Megan and the business she runs. Megan created a very calm and relaxing space. Every step was completed with communication and gentleness; no time lapsed during my treatments without Megan doing some extra step like the best scalp massage I've ever had! In testament to her standards for herself and her team, when there was an issue with my appointment, Megan made it right without being asked. She ran quite late and in response made several significant upgrades to my service to better address my skin issues. It went above and beyond the initial frustration and confusion I experienced. Very happy with the outcome. Will be back.
