This massage helps to stimulate and move stagnant lymphatic fluid in the tissue. Our lymphatic system is part of our immune system that is responsible for fighting infections and carrying white blood cells throughout the body. When our system is overloaded with toxins and or built up cellular waste it can cause multiple health issues to arise or even worse suppress our immunity. This massage uses a very light touch that gently pumps the lymphatic fluid so it can move and so that cellular waste and toxins can be eliminated from the body. This form of massage is great for those suffering from lyme, mild edema, or even those who are actively detoxing. Cancellation Policy

Here at Insight, we prioritize a relaxing experience for all our clients from the moment they schedule their appointment. To ensure this, we are happy to accommodate cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours prior to your allotted time slot. Policy Details: Cancellations/Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment after the 24-hour window, or if you do not show up for your appointment, a fee of 50% of the missed appointment balance will be required before you can reschedule. Gift Certificate Charges: In the event of a no-show or last-minute cancellation, we reserve the right to charge the cost of your appointment to a gift certificate. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule or cancel your service. Please note that you will still be responsible for the full cost of the booked service. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we truly appreciate your understanding.
