This massage helps to stimulate and move stagnant lymphatic fluid in the tissue. Our lymphatic system is part of our immune system that is responsible for fighting infections and carrying white blood cells throughout the body. This massage uses a very light touch that gently pumps the lymphatic fluid so it can move and so that cellular waste and toxins can be eliminated from the body. This form of massage is great for those suffering from lyme, mild edema, or even those who are actively detoxing.
