This massage package is designed to help those experiencing a chronic condition that needs to be addressed, or an athlete that is currently training. ** Please note it is advised you consult with our massage therapist before purchasing a massage package online to make sure this is the correct treatment protocol for you. Our massage packages are meant to be used very specifically as a tool for recovery and will expire if not used within the proper timeframe allotted. If you are interested in massage discounts, we highly encourage you to check out our self-care club membership, which holds the most value for a monthly massage/ spa experience.
Cancellation Policy
Here at Insight, we prioritize a relaxing experience for all our clients from the moment they schedule their appointment. To ensure this, we are happy to accommodate cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours prior to your allotted time slot. Policy Details: Cancellations/Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment after the 24-hour window, or if you do not show up for your appointment, a fee of 50% of the missed appointment balance will be required before you can reschedule. Gift Certificate Charges: In the event of a no-show or last-minute cancellation, we reserve the right to charge the cost of your appointment to a gift certificate. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule or cancel your service. Please note that you will still be responsible for the full cost of the booked service. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we truly appreciate your understanding. As a small business, it is essential for us to adhere to these policies to ensure fairness and continuity for all our clients.
