This consultation includes a skin analysis provided by a skin scope light. The skin scope is a special UV light that closely examines your complexion to capture information about dehydration, discoloration, bacteria, and hidden skin damage. It’s a simple but highly effective method of assessing your skin and determining what kind of cosmetic treatments you might benefit from. It’s also great at assessing the improvements your skin achieves after treatments! Please be prepared and open to switching your current products to ones that we know will work best for your skin type & skin concerns. Cancellation Policy
Here at Insight, we prioritize a relaxing experience for all our clients from the moment they schedule their appointment. To ensure this, we are happy to accommodate cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours prior to your allotted time slot. Policy Details: Cancellations/Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment after the 24-hour window, or if you do not show up for your appointment, a fee of 50% of the missed appointment balance will be required before you can reschedule. Gift Certificate Charges: In the event of a no-show or last-minute cancellation, we reserve the right to charge the cost of your appointment to a gift certificate. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule or cancel your service. Please note that you will still be responsible for the full cost of the booked service. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we truly appreciate your understanding. As a small business, it is essential for us to adhere to these policies to ensure fairness and continuity for all our clients.
