Cancellation Policy
Here at Insight, we prioritize a relaxing experience for all our clients from the moment they schedule their appointment. To ensure this, we are happy to accommodate cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours prior to your allotted time slot. Policy Details: Cancellations/Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment after the 24-hour window, or if you do not show up for your appointment, a fee of 50% of the missed appointment balance will be required before you can reschedule. Gift Certificate Charges: In the event of a no-show or last-minute cancellation, we reserve the right to charge the cost of your appointment to a gift certificate. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule or cancel your service.
