Our rep joins us for this interactive event, where you can preform your own DIY facial to find the perfect products for your own customized home care regime! If you’ve been curious, but hesitant, now is the perfect time to try out all Neova has to offer - to find the perfect products for your unique needs! Sign up’s are required for this portion of our event, cost is $25 ( this deposit reserves your spot & can than be applied to your product purchase) Our DIY facial is free for current members, but sign up is still required, so we can hold your seat!

Cancellation Policy
Here at Insight, we prioritize a relaxing experience for all our clients from the moment they schedule their appointment. To ensure this, we are happy to accommodate cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours prior to your allotted time slot. Policy Details: Cancellations/Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment after the 24-hour window, or if you do not show up for your appointment, a fee of 50% of the missed appointment balance will be required before you can reschedule. Gift Certificate Charges: In the event of a no-show or last-minute cancellation, we reserve the right to charge the cost of your appointment to a gift certificate. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule or cancel your service. Please note that you will still be responsible for the full cost of the booked service. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we truly appreciate your understanding. As a small business, it is essential for us to adhere to these policies to ensure fairness and continuity for all our clients.
