Cancellation Policy

Gift Certificate Charges: In the event of a no-show or last-minute cancellation, we reserve the right to charge the cost of your appointment to a gift certificate. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule or cancel your service.
